Snail Jump: A Junior Narrative Illustration by Jacob Nunley (2012)

My illustration portrays a snail preparing to take a daring jump through a ring of fire. I decided to draw a snail because they are slow, and on his shell I wrote the word lazy. I relate to this picture because I have high ambitions, as shown by the jump and the ring of fire. However, like a snail, and the word lazy written on his shell, I do not always act on my goals.
