Experimental Photos Artist Statement: A Senior Experimental Art Piece by Gregory Cottarel (2012)

The objective of this assignment was to take pictures of what can be summarized as a summary of our experience here at freestyle academy. I took pictures of students taking pictures which summarizes the creativity embedded in the program. I took a few nature shots as well which shows our beautiful, open, and free campus. My photos encompass how I learned using the newest technology at a hands on learning based style, as opposed to the traditional textbook memorization learning that we use in a normal school program. The shots will show my love for the academy, and how what I learned there will be used to apply to various situations for the rest of my life.
