Father Gary Thomas: A Senior Profile Portrait by Peter Salcido (2014)

I had many different photos to choose from to be my Profile Portrait. But I decided to go with this one because I felt that this photo really captured his personality and his perspective on his job. He is an Exorcist Priest who is serious but yet has a vivid side to him that is overpowering. I really had a fun and eye opening time with Father Thomas. In the photo he is sitting in a chair, legs cross, hands on his lap, and eyes staring through the camera into the audiences eyes and into their souls. Truly lets everyone experience a bit of his vividness, yet he is making a serious face; to prove he takes his job seriously. To make this photo better I had to cut out some outlets and statues that were eye soring and distracting. I had to use the patch tool on Adobe Photoshop to take all the distractions out. But overall I had a fun time with this piece and hope you like my profile portrait.
