I chose Joe Juter to profile because he has been an influential person throughout my high school life. Joe coaches lacrosse on the west coast. He has been my head coach for four years. Joe instills good morals in his players. His goal is that when every player leaves his program, he wants to be able to say the kid become a better person by the end of the time with him.
