This project began in English class where we drafted short stories that include dialogue and conflict. My story is about a 17 year old high school football player who is about to choose where he wants to play college football. He has multiple offers and his family is split about where they want him to go. It all comes down to the last day and after long talks with his family he is able to make his choice.
Creating this movie poster, I used a photo along with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I used several different techniques including increasing the clarity in Photoshop to give the picture a rough look. While the process took time and I had to pay close attention to detail I was very pleased with how the final poster came out. I chose to create a movie poster because I felt the story had more a movie feel to it.
