Every year thousands of people become infected with sexually transmitted
diseases, a lot of those infected are teens.
Many teens do not have a lot of information about STD’s.
Our goal is to educate teens about the dangers of STD’s. We find it important
that teens know how to protect and educate themselves against these diseases.
The El Camino Hospital Health Library and Resource Center is a free library
that grants access to books and websites that have a vast collection of information in diseases, conditions, cures, etc. for diverse health issues. Our
goal is to bring the library’s resources to public attention. This library is
absolutely free of charge. Their helpful staff and credited information is what we
believe can help teens become more educated about keeping their bodies safe
and healthy.
