Hello, and welcome to my Narrative Unit's Website Home page.

exDuring this unit, we started out with in English class, creating characters and practicing using our imaginations on people other than ourselves. This was done creating stories, ex3scripts, and filling out surveys about the people we see when looking at pictures given to us. This mixed with aspects people we already know well, such as friends, family, and especially ourselves, were mixed into the character we followed up with. Using a scenario in a small time frame and location, we had to come up with a plot that would show the flaw, or conflicts of our character. We then translated this into Design and Web class.

In Design, we had to make a dyptic, in my case a tryptic with the first picture representing our character's internal conflict, my second picture, representing other people around my character's internal conflicts, and the third picture representing the character's moment of no return where they may change their ways and never be the same. We also made an illustration representing our character's main conflict or flaw also incorporating typography.ex2

In Web, we made our animatics, which were just used to plan out our animations, and then our animations. This was using Flash and very tedious but very nice as a final product. In Web class, we also made this website to host all our other work for the unit using Dreamweaver. These pictures here are examples of Disney's sketch storyboards just like we made to plan out our stories for our animations.

This is a song I made during class that I call the Lullaby because the last week before exhibition is exhausting and wipes us all out, and this song is a perfect one to fall asleep to!
