Welcome to my 3rd Website dedicated to the work I completed during Freestlye Academy's Documentary Unit.

 

Just as the line above states, the projects in this unit were all created with the intention of learning how to create different types of documentarys, such as written, visual, audio, etc. The first few projects assigned to us included a reasearch paper, an audio slide show, and a book. Luckily they weren't all at once, for the most part, and better yet they were all connected in the sense that they were on the same subject.

 

We started off working on our research papers. We were told to create a research paper based on a qustion of our choice and a topic of our choice. After putting it off for a wek or too, I finally had my question.

 

"What causes the separtion between a casual and a proffesional tennis player?"

 

As strange as the question sounds, that is what I chose. Tennis is a sport that I really enjoy. I belive that if I could figure out what that difference is, I could distinguish what type of player I am, since do I do play over 5 hours of tennis a week and really love the sport.

 

What I've Learned

Within this unit I've learned tons of things. I never had written a research paper before, I never had made a slide before, I never had made a book before, and I had never used the majority of the programs that we used to make all these things. Hopefully I will be able to put all this new information to use one day.

 

The Current Music

The music that is playing is my own original creation. It is up beat but at the same time kinda of soothing. To me, that's what tennis is, and the theme of my third website. Tennis is a competitive sport that makes me feel good, as does the music playing.
