Introduction

Welcome to my index page! Here you can find links to all my websites I’ve created in my two years at Freestyle Academy. They all vary in themes, content, and quality. Enjoy!

Conceptual

My conceptual website was the first website I created at Freestyle. It’s theme was travel and is filled with images of the places I hope to visit someday. In regard to content it has some poems that I wrote from our poetry unit in English. I brought them to life visually using applications like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I also did a reading of my photo haiku and a conceptual photo. The photo was inspired by a statement I picked at random- “exploring the feeling of sympathy through the action of playing games”. I also created a song on ProTools.

Narrative 1

For my narrative website we were assigned to create a story in English and develop in further in each of the three classes. I made a graphic novel, an animation, an illustration, and of course a website.

Documentary

In my documentary unit we had to choose a person or group to interview and use for other projects. I chose a family friend of mine and used her interview in my profile about mothers. In the website I include my interviews, my magazine that I created using InDesign, and gallery of all the pictures I had taken in the entire process.

Explorations

In my explorations project I wanted to learn more about infographics. I created three based on what I had learned in my AP Environmental Science class, so that I could have a completely synthesized project including my other studies outside of Freestyle.

Reflections

This is my Reflections website. It was created in October of 2016. Being my first website of my senior year I really wanted it to depict how far I've come both as a web and graphic designer. On this website you will see multiple videos made using AfterEffects, HDR photography, and a literary essay.
