Introduction

Teaspoon is a local boba tea cafe that started in Los Altos, California. The founders are Amy Lai and David Fan. They serve high quality tea and shaved snow products, as well as value a high standard of customer service.

Here's a screenshot of how I made my intro video

The documentary project was an extremely tenacious project that I am proud to have completed. I am proud of some of the photos I took this unit, as well as my intro video and book. If I had to do this project again, I would have given more thought to the design of my book. I am most proud of my intro video, for the animation in the beginning took two days of production time alone.

Try to use the language of InDesign to introduce your book. My book’s angle on Teaspoon includes why they are successful besides just being popular and financially prosperous. Their core values differ from the average restaurant or cafe. To find out more, read my book below. My graphic design elements include shaved snow and boba, because these are the two main components of Teaspoon. I based the drink off thai milk tea, and the snow off of their vanila snow. For my images, I took headshots of all my interviewees and took pictures of their drinks. The font I chose for my book's titles and chapter headers is supposed to look fun, but at the same time, professional.

What ended up being the hardest part of the book was the actual design of it. Im proud of my graphic element and how the layout of the book looks.
