I interpreted the theme as exiting the Junior year and moving on to new opportunities. It also reminded of the upcoming summer. I went to Shoreline Park when it was golden hour to capture that summer feeling but also the opportunities lying ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the picture, the bench represents where I am now, and the background is the future. It&#8217;s blurry because you don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s ahead but it&#8217;s obscured by the light from the sun because the future is bright.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Photoshop I added a multiply layer to make it darker and more contemplative. I also added a warm filter to bring out the colors from golden hour. Lastly, I added an overlay layer that would bring out the contrast.
