When completing the Junior Documentary Project, I will describe a person or idea, gather primary and secondary sources in order to develop a stance on my subject’s significance in the community or world. The research paper from my English class serves as a copy for the film created about the subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have always been intrigued by mountain bike riding ever since I took my first dip over a summer. Learning more about the sport was interesting to me as it had always seemed like a mystery to me. My goal was to create a little film about high schoolers that compete in the sport. Over the course of completing this film, I have learned quite a bit about project management and overcoming adversity. Through the health crisis that is currently unfolding, I’ve worked with my partner and interviewees to make the documentary achievable ,even if it meant reducing the scope of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
