There are a few original dishes of my own, which were inspired by me visiting other restaurants, or walking while eating (likely referencing street vendors in Japan and the like?), or seeing things on the TV and internet, and then deciding whether or not we\u2019d be able to make something like it here. Something I\u2019ve also done is find one recipe that I like, then find another recipe and put them together to make something new and original.
