Hello! Welcome to my page. My name is Anjali Kamran and I am a Design student at Freestyle Academy. My time at Freestyle, although short, has taught me so many valuable lessons that I will forever carry with me wherever I go. I am so grateful to Freestyle for guiding me and providing me with the resources I needed to put together a portfolio full of projects that I am very proud of. Outside of Freestyle I love spending time with friends and family, listening to music, or snuggled by the fireplace with a book. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am excited to share with you my Documentary, Magazine Advertisement, and Zenith project for my Senior Showcase. These are some of my best works and they best showcase the growth I\u2019ve made during my Freestyle career. For my Documentary, I interviewed my grandfather on his experience fleeing Pakistan during the Partition between India and Pakistan. In InDesign I created a magazine layout that would best fit my article. For my Magazine Advertisement I created a product, Bubbly El\u00e9gante, a Ros\u00e9 Wine, where I created a logo, a label, and then finally an advertisement in InDesign. Lastly, for my Zenith project, I brought my clothing brand, AK Designs, to life by creating a collection of Indo Western clothes, some of which I styled and some I sewed. Focusing on the fusion of East and West, I envisioned my brand including the intricate textiles of Indian fashion and merging it with Western styles. I took my design skills to a next level, and I\u2019m proud of the professionality of my brand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
