about me

My name is Anna Custodio and I was a student at Los Altos High School and Freestyle Academy. I’d describe myself as an avid artist and observer, as well as a passionate, thoughtful, and charismatic person. I am the second to youngest sibling out of 6, one of which is a Freestyle alumnus. I’d like to consider myself good at relating to people and collaborating with others, which I think most of my artwork can reflect.

Some of my core values in life include honesty, intention, adaptability, respect, self-control, and personal development.

A dream I’ve had ever since I can remember is to study illustration and hopefully turn it into a career some day. As I’ve improved my skills over the years, I’ve come to realize that I want my work to affect people, and stick with them, as a tattoo physically will on one’s skin or a mural on a wall. I’d love to spend my future traveling around the world and eventually running my own gallery.

My expectations for myself as a Freestyle student were to never give up no matter how impossible a task may seem, always be open-minded to every person I meet, and simply always put my best effort into my work.

I am beyond grateful for Freestyle, it has granted me so many opportunities, friendships, memories, and artistic experiences. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to attend for two years, and I feel extremely privileged and thankful to have gotten the chance.
