I choose to capture my bad habit of drinking coffee. My friend got me a tumbler and some instant iced coffee packets for my birthday, and since then I&#8217;ve drank coffee almost every morning. It&#8217;s energizing and helps me get through the day, but I know that relying on it too much will mess up my sleep schedule and energy levels. I want to cut back at some point, at the potential risk of losing a lot of energy over the course of a few days. It&#8217;s a bad habit overall, but it keeps me going throughout the day.
