It&#8217;s been a long and difficult journey, but we&#8217;ve made it at last. The prompt this week was to take a photo representing something that inspired us about the future. What first came to mind for me was the fact that I&#8217;m going to be taking a trip up to Seattle in a few weeks with my friends to celebrate graduation. From there, I&#8217;m also going to be taking a trip to Hawaii with my family, before moving up to Portland to take a New Student trip for my school. All in all, there&#8217;s going to be a lot of moving around this summer. I wanted to represent this with a suitcase, one that I first used on a college touring road trip last year. To me, it represents both the trips that I&#8217;m going to be taking this summer, and the fact that I&#8217;ll be moving out in a few months. Inside the suitcase, I included my LAHS sweatpants. These are meant to represent my time at LAHS and in the Bay Area, and how I&#8217;ll keep those experiences with me even after I move away.
