I wanted to focus on my bad habit because it is very apparent in my life ever since I was a little kid. While I have tried to get rid of it over the years, it just comes back especially when I am stressed.

My bad habit is nail biting. I bite my nails to an excessive amount that the purpose of nail clippers aren’t needed for me.
