As I was reflecting on my most peaceful time, I realized that most of them were in nature. Some of my most peaceful and calm times, especially when I was younger were in grass. I love to lay down in a patch of soft grass, stare up into the clouds, and feel the sun on my face. I love to hear the birds chirping and smell the earth around me.
