Introduction
Throughout this documentary unit, we had to creatively and truthfully portray a significant person, group, place, idea, or issue in the community? During this unit, we focused on honing our technical skills while learning how to make a professional-looking documentary. For my documentary, I interviewed 4 people from 4 different generations about there opinions on the coronavirus
Mockumentary
Our first assignment in the film was a Mockumentary. This was so that we could get used to filming a documentary and setting up the framing as well as how to properly use the lav mic.
Documentary Film
My documentary film was an interesting experience. to start off with this wasn’t my original project idea. Originally I was planning to do a documentary on the relationship between Street performers and the city of San Fransico however due to the shelter in place I was unable to pursue this idea so instead, I decided to interview 4 people from 4 different generations to see how there opinions on the Coronavirus and social distracting would differ. I was quite pleased with how this turned out and I think it’s my best looking film so far. During this film, I think Improved a lot with lighting and cleaner shots.
