This week’s challenge was to be inspired by an exit or entrance. This is a painting of me as a little girl that my grandma made of me, walking through the gate at their old home. To this day, I can’t tell if I was walking in or out. I have no memory of the event, so every time I pass by the picture, I wonder what I was thinking and feeling during that time. Why did I look so serious?
