For the last English assignment of the year, we were asked to produce a humor project. Using literature such as Slaughterhouse Five, we analyzed different comedic techniques and their effects. As our Freestyle careers come to an end, the humor project serves as a way to let creativity fly and create genuine laughter among peers.

Humor Proposal

For my humorist study, I selected Kevin Hart and Robin Williams. I appreciate the individual style of each comedian and the versatility of their lines of work. In return, my partner and I decided to produce a poster, recreating a scene from the popular reality TV show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The Final Project

Above is the final outcome of our humor project. Using Adobe Photoshop, we were able to replicate some Kardashian trends, such as plastic surgery. Taking photos separately, we were able to position ourselves into our background, additionally adding a cabana like the original scene.
