A modern convenience I feel a little too reliant on is my electric toothbrush. In both mornings and nights, I tend to be a bit slow with getting ready due to sleepiness. My electric toothbrush makes it easy for me to remember when to start and stop brushing, and I’m also more confident my teeth are getting properly cleaned while I’m tired!
