It is a habit of mine to fall back on Jenny Lawson&#8217;s self help book &#8220;You Are Here: An Owner&#8217;s Manual for Dangerous Minds&#8221; when I feel in the mood. She also writes that matches and crayons are recommended but not included. I took that advice and as I read I color in the pictures in whichever way I feel at the time. The fact that I still color with crayons could theoretically be viewed as a bad habit but personally I think it is a great habit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week we were supposed to take inspiration from our habits.
