I had never used the white balance setting before, so I started by flipping through the different settings to see what they did. This sucullent in a cat planter was my subject. I wanted to find white balances that produced a dramatic effect, so that I would know which ones to employ if I ever need very warm or cool light in a future photo. The photo on the left was taken with the white balance setting &#8220;Tungsten light&#8221; which gave the photo very cool colors.
