Portfolio

I have completed several projects at Freestyle, and while I am proud of all of them, there are a few that stand out the most.

Pastel Painting

Pastel Painting of the Golden Gate Bridge

For my 18th birthday, my friend took me to San Fransisco, and we walked along the beach next to the Golden Gate Bridge. I took several pictures to commemorate the day, and when I had to create a pastel painting, I immediately knew what I wanted to paint. This took me several tries, and it took several hours for me to finish. I had to redo it multiple times, and play around with different tools. However, I am incredibly proud of my end result.

Watercolor Painting

Watercolor Paintings of Selfies with Friends

I knew that I wanted to make art that related to my friends, since they are incredibly important to me. When the opportunity presented itself, I decided to take photos of me and my friends, and make it into a watercolor painting. I love how it turned out, and it makes a memory I made with friends even more special.

Stacked Wood Art

Stacked Wood Art – Frank’s Froggy Home

My friend Dasha and I worked on a stacked wood art project, where we had to design and assemble wood art. We named it Frank’s Froggy Home, where we had eight layers of wood that stacked to create a cool image. I am incredibly proud of how this one turned out, especially since I struggled with creating some of the layers. It was super cool to see an idea I had come to life.
