I used this experience to try my best to capture that feeling accurately and effectively using the guidelines given- those being to compose the subject in a center frame. As this sort of isolating framing technique already sets up the idea of loneliness, this task was made easier by the prompt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I felt that whatever frame my subject was inside needed to be darker than its surroundings, to show that loneliness puts one in a dark and unpleasant headspace. The subject herself is small and hunched over, occupying as little space as possible, which is to represent the feeling of insignificance wrought by isolation.
