It is for that reason that I almost never watch the news. Since I was at a virtual loss for what current event I could possibly base this photo challenge, I instead decided to take it in a more meta direction and show my lack of enthusiasm for news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shown on the television is some random basketball game- sports, of course, are entirely inconsequential to the average person&#8217;s life, and the outcome of a game means effectively nothing to most people&#8217;s wellbeing, and yet many people let such trivialities rule their entire senses of identity and self esteem.
