You probably think this photo is edited, but no this is in camera, on location. And the reason why is this photo was taken on this rig.
And that rig causes the camera to move and shake while taking photos. And due to rolling shutter photos aren’t taken in one instant, but across 1 or 2 instants. So during that photo above, the camera just so happened to wobble in the right to make the car look like something from a cartoon.
