This is just a interesting story. If you look around in secluded areas in the city you can find the frames of bikes. Not the wheels, not the handlebars, not the chains, just the frames. (I have seen 3 of these before so there not common)
And when I first saw one of these I was very confused on why a just a bike frame would be lying around, but after talking to some people we formed a theory. These are the frames of stolen bikes, as if you steal a bike you can’t resell the whole thing as it’s very identifiable. But if you strip the parts off you can re-sell the parts without fearing tracing. And that leaves a frame, which is evidence, leaving it to be abandoned.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
