Hi, my name is Jesus Garcia, I\u2019m an Animation student at Freestyle Academy. Throughout my 2 years at Freestyle I have been trying to find out what I wanted to do in the future, and through the Explorations project, I have learned that I wanted to make music, and continued that passion through the Zenith Project.

I have always had a passion to make music when I was young, and I have been fascinated by the genre of EDM for quite a while, so I bought FL Studio and started messing around. At first, the things I made didn\u2019t sound so good or polished which is to be expected for a beginner, but after some time and more messing around I was able to make some things I enjoyed.

For my Senior Showcase, I am excited to share my two songs that I made in the Zenith Project called \u201cSunken\u201d and \u201cWave Check.\u201d These two songs are the songs that I currently like the best out of the tracks that I made. Sunken is a chill song that I made after messing around with sound production, even though the sound was very simply made. Wave Check was the second song I started working on in my Zenith. At first when I made it I thought it was really good, but I didn\u2019t know what I would do for a good buildup, so I made a very rough one and after some time I hated it and tweaked a couple things till I liked it again, and now I think it\u2019s the best song I\u2019ve made so far.

I would like some feedback on my song structure, mastering, and just how good it sounds to you. Is there anything I need some work on in order to improve my music capabilities?

Right now I go by the artist name \u201cPeng\u201d and I plan on0 continuing making music and posting it on SoundCloud, YouTube, and potentially Spotify. I am hoping to compile a lot of the songs I make and placing them in a small EP.
