It’s Rothko? I feel like the analysis for Rothko we did in Junior year really made me look deeper into his paintings and for some reason, it’s a very calming painting. It’s not all completely red but it has different colors like the brownish hue, the blue and the black. It’s also very interesting to see how the ratios of the different colors complement each other. (also I feel like if I didn’t include Rothko, he would rise from his grave to smite me)
