I would add Gerhad Richter's, “Janus” into my personal museum. What first caught my attention about this piece was the bright and bold colors that jumped at me. As I looked closer, the large green rectangular shapes on the left side of the canvas reminded me of bamboo, or greenery in general. It also brought attention to the vibrant red sunset-resembling gradient on the far left, and the contrasting blue gradient on bottom to top. The colors and textures overall reminded me of a jungle, and the versatility of natural wonders of the world.
