Before starting this project, we learned about the different humor techniques and strategies used in order to express humor successfully. In Adobe Photoshop, I used images of ourselves and images from the web to compose our final project. We also included our title, tagline, and dialogue. This whole movie poster shows three main comedic techniques: caricature, exaggeration, and blue humor. I was able to use previous Photoshop composition skills we learned in Digital Media and used comedic strategies we learned in English class this last unit.
