Color without Color

For this image, I wanted to capture the light coming though the mountains and the reflection on the lake. The image came out to be very cold, but decorated with warmer colors on the ground and trees. Since it was my original intent to capture the seeping sun rays and the reflection, I edited the photo to be black and white to emphasize those aspects.
