Although it was extremely difficult, and on many occasions made me want to run around screaming in frustration, I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work on it. During the actually filming process, there’s literally months of planning to fall back on. Of course, things won’t always work out how you plan, but even a little assurance is helpful when you’re on the verge of crashing out. Other than this practical aspect, another thing I value about the filmmaking process is that it’s just plain fun. I love writing scripts. I love shooting them. Hell, I even love editing footage sometimes, even though it can be extremely janky and infuriating most of the time. I’ve just barely become involved in film, but I know it’s what I want to pursue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Since I only got into film a little over a year ago, I hadn’t actually worked on a film with a crew before.
