Hello fellow humans and welcome to my website! I am excited for you to see my website and all of my creations throughout the year. I am going to tell you a little bit about my odd self so some of this makes sense to you. My name is Matthew Hoke and I am 16 years old and go to Los Altos high school. I joined the freestyle program because I love anime and animation has always interested me. I am having lots of fun animating and learning different styles, but none of them are masterpieces only because of my lack of drawing capabilities, but that will come with time. I also skate an unhealthy amount, but it’s okay I love it! I skate at least 3 hours on weekdays and 8 hours on weekends. It’s my passion and my job, I am currently teaching kids how to skate which is super fun. I have too many hobbies to write about, but here are a few I speed cube, mountain bike, play videogames, play guitar, and love to eat. I have loved freestyle academy so far, I have found it an amazing way to express my weird dreams and my fun ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a year of Digital Media and Freestyle I have learned so much about the Adobe programs and about my computer in general. Some of my favorite programs we use are Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. I have been procrastinating a lot for Digital media so I did lots of cramming trying to get everything done. I learned that there are many short cuts inside of the programs, there are so many tools in the programs that help. I love these programs because I really can make anything I want, I love creating things that form inside of my dreams, once I get my art better and get better in the programs I hope to make these ideas and stories come to life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
