Freestyle projects allow students to explore topics they personally resonate with or observe happening around them. With the help of wonderful teachers, they develop presentations using many different media platforms, and are able to exhibit them online on their personal websites, the freestyle webpage, and community exhibitions. Through these projects, students learn many different technical, media, creative, academic, and 21st-century skills.
Over the course of each school year, students strengthen the necessary communication and critical thinking skills they need in college while learning how to express their ideas in exciting and original ways. Over the course of their Freestyle careers, they have various opportunities to build portfolio-level work that sets them apart from conventional applicants and makes them unique in the eyes of admissions officers, employers, and/or clients. Through the
