For a picture that displays the rule of thirds while also showing motion, I captured a photo of my beloved cat, Nova. As you can see, Nova is in the far left “third” of the picture and is standing in a way that suggests she had just walked there and is in the position to pounce in any moment, which displays the motion aspect.
