For our Senior Narrative Unit, we were challenged with this question,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“How well can you apply advanced narrative techniques to build a compelling story?”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Film, we used our advanced pre-production, production, and post-production techniques to write a 10-page screenplay, and develop and produce a 8-10 minute narrative story. Using our skills learned over the past 2 years, the Senior Narrative is our biggest project as a Freestyle senior in Film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For my Senior Narrative, I worked alongside Kylie Outten, and we produced an innocent, heartwarming short narrative film based on our main character Emma, and her sister Daisy. The story illustrates Emma, the older sister debating to go to a dance academy she was accepted into, but Daisy, the younger sister doesn’t want her to go. The two undergo their character arcs, and develop their personal worth through their love for dance.<\/p>\n\n\n
