A simple bottle of insulin

Insulin is a very expensive drug, with a very small production cost. The rights of insulin production were sold for $5 to big companies so that this life saving drug could reach way more people and save a lot more lives for almost free. However, our great healthcare system decided to increase the price of the insulin to $300 per vial, simply put, without insurance you would need at least 3,600 dollars a year to live with just the insulin, no food or housing. Just insulin.
