We went up to a hill one night and it was super windy. There were winds of up to 25 mph that night. The trees were almost being tossed around by the wind. I looked over down at the bay and saw all the lights and thought it would be a nice photo. I didn’t have my tripod so I borrowed someones garbage can and used that instead. I made the exposure high and waited for the camera to do it’s thing.
