What is a Zenith?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the Zenith Project is to ignite our passion, creativity and perform the skills we’ve learned in Freestyle. The definiion<\/g> of zenith is something that is the most powerful\/succesful<\/g>, which is this project’s intention. To create the best Freestyle projecet<\/g> we’ve ever done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Zenith Project is to create 3D animation that looks like it is 2D animation. With that kind of style, I will create 3 short segments of slapstick comedy using Maya Animation. I always thought that this kind of visual style is really cool and that I would love to try it one day. I was also always fascinated with slapstick comedy in animation, and how much skills and thoughts have been into it, with planning the speed and timing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Zenith project is a new challenge for me because it\u2019s learning a new kind of texture, and to learn some comedic techniques. I will need to put a lot of effort into the timing to make the animation funny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From my animation Class, I will use the techniques I learned from the last quarter, like modeling and animating in Maya, but also I will use the animation principals we learned last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before I started to work on my film, I had to learn the new textures. After I learned it, I did some facial expressions with the character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After months of work and planning, I finally finished my Zenith project. it was a pretty hard one to plan, but overall I am happy with what came out, especially because I tried to do something different. Enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
