The opening to my animation, commenting on how RVs line the streets of Mountain View. and connecting that the the Bay Area Housing Crisis.1 The second part of the animation, where I introduce Advantage Homes and Todd Su, explaining what ADUs are.

I use it to re-encode the .mov Animation file into a more accessible .mp4 file (with H.264 encoding [aka MPEG-4 AVC], which is about twice as efficient as traditional MPEG-4)13 An image of rendering the composition in After Effects (using after effects) as a .mov file14 more settings from that same rendering in After Effects15 An image of my Magazine Article in Adobe InDesign, which is particularly good at magazine creation. Imagine it as a cross between Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator specifically for magazines.16 Every app I could think of that I used for the Documentary, including the animation, magazine, and documentary paper. Never forget the importance of music while you work—for me it's a blessing that helps me maintain peace of mind while I work, and smoothens my work flow.17
