Introduction:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Zenith unit is a project that combines a little bit of everything one has learned from Freestyle Academy. It is the biggest, most impressive project that comes out of this whole experience, which is where the name \u201cZenith\u201d comes from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For my Zenith project, I decided to take on sewing and create a reconstructed T-Shirt. I chose this idea because I wanted to challenge myself in a way I have never before by trying to create a piece of clothing which I had zero experience with. I went into the art of reconstructing t-shirts only knowing that it was just a couple of t-shirts cut and sewn together that then created one T-Shirt, but I was blown away with all of the unique methods of stitching, and fabric cutting, measuring, etc. Using inspiration from one of my favorite designers Maison Margiela. Using this I took the risk to elevate my skills in sewing to create a reconstructed t-shirt something I’ve never done before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
