I believe it allows you to see the bigger picture of an area without having too many complex objects interfering with one another. It&#8217;s minimalistic and pleasing. So, for this week&#8217;s assignment, I decided to head over to Westwind which has a huge area of open space allowing for a nice landscape photo. In order to get this photo, I positioned myself far and to the left of the trees to get a smaller view of them, allowing more space, while also being positioned at somewhat of a low angle to catch more of the colors in the grass-fields. In the end, I think it turned out nicely and the colors make it pop, but ideally, I would&#8217;ve liked to take this photo at the beach with one person being centered far away into the composition as they look into the waves.
