It\u2019s been an exciting journey, allowing me to explore new passions and interests. By definition, \u201czenith\u201d means the peak of power or success, and after two years at Freestyle honing a wide range of skills, I believe this name perfectly captures the essence of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For my Zenith project I decided to explore the path of making a sports edit. Sports have always been a big part of my life, so when it came time to choose a Zenith project, I knew I wanted to focus on something I was genuinely passionate about\u2014sports. In fact, one of the main reasons I got into film in the first place was because I was inspired by the sports edits I saw on social media. I faced challenges with time management and editing throughout the project. I remember having only one week left to finish the baseball edit because I had spent too much time perfecting the lacrosse one. As a result, I had to rush through the baseball segment, cramming four hours of filming and editing into a single day just to get it done. However overall, this project has been one that I came to class excited to work on each day, I found myself truly invested in the work I was doing.
