About Me
Why did I join Freestyle?
Ever since my dad bought me a flip camera in Christmas of '07 I've been forcing my friends to act in stupid films about Nerf Wars and secret agents. Freestyle was my opportunity to be and learn amongst people as passionate as me in the realm of film.
Where do I plan to go?
After graduation I'm moving down to Los Angeles to work as an editor, cameraman, and color correctionist. While attending LA City College I will be starting to work in the Film Industry as I learn alongside professionals that I've interned with in the past. It's slightly scary and very risky, but I believe that my dream job is not going to come to me because of where I went to school or where I worked, but because of who I know and what I've done.

Working as an intern for NewBirch Studios taught me a lot with a large variety of projects. From editing and color correcting to encoding and organizing I became very familiar with Avid Media Composer and other Avid products. I aided in filming a Nobel Prize acceptance and made contacts with talented Photography Directors and gaffers.
