I took this photo of my brother on the phone because screen addictions are a big issue lately. There is a teen mental health crisis right now, and a lot of it is being attributed to screen time, especially social media. Screen time also cuts into valuable sleep time and takes away from the quality of sleep. A lot of teens are using screens as a coping mechanism, and it&#8217;s so easy to get addicted when our devices are in our pockets at all times. I like how this photo shows the light from the screen reflecting off his hand and the wall, which makes it visually interesting.
