I like the simplicity from far away and the detail up close. It allows me to find piece in the sparkles dripping down the canvas. The complementary colors of blue and yellow attract the eye from the top to bottom of the canvas. This painting is very calm, and the glistening the sparkles provide make it visually interesting to the eye. Overall, there is somethng to be said about simplicity but enough texture, and this piece shows it perfectly.
